Terms of Service

Welcome to AnySolver. These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and AnySolver ("Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the AnySolver website, API, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By registering an account, accessing the API, or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

2.1. What AnySolver Does

• Provides a unified API interface for routing requests to multiple third-party providers
• Aggregates pricing and availability information from third-party providers
• Facilitates billing and balance management for users
• Offers intelligent request routing based on user preferences (cost, speed, reliability)
• Provides analytics and usage statistics for user accounts

2.2. What AnySolver Does NOT Do

• AnySolver does NOT solve, decode, process, or interact with CAPTCHAs in any form
• AnySolver does NOT access, scrape, or communicate with target websites or protected resources
• AnySolver does NOT employ workers, bots, or AI systems to solve CAPTCHA challenges
• AnySolver does NOT control, operate, or have any ownership of third-party providers

2.3. Third-Party Provider Relationship

All CAPTCHA solving services accessible through AnySolver are provided by independent third-party providers. AnySolver acts solely as a routing intermediary. The relationship between AnySolver and third-party providers is limited to API integration for request forwarding. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the services, practices, or compliance of any third-party provider.

Users acknowledge that by using AnySolver to access third-party services, they are also subject to the terms of service and policies of those third-party providers.

• "API" refers to the Application Programming Interface provided by AnySolver for accessing the Service.
• "Provider" refers to independent third-party CAPTCHA solving services integrated with AnySolver.
• "Task" refers to an API request submitted by a User to be routed to a Provider.
• "Balance" refers to the prepaid credit available in a User's account.
• "Routing" refers to the process of forwarding User requests to selected Providers.
• "Account" refers to the User's registered profile and associated credentials.

4.1. Eligibility Requirements

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
• If acting on behalf of an entity, have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms

4.2. Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and API keys
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
• Not share, sell, or transfer your account to any third party without our written consent
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in suspicious activity.

By using the Service, you warrant, represent, and agree that:

• All information you provide is accurate, complete, and not misleading
• You have read and fully understand these Terms
• Your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party terms of service
• You are solely responsible for determining the legality and appropriateness of using the Service in your jurisdiction
• You will not use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable laws or the rights of third parties
• You acknowledge that AnySolver is a routing service and that actual CAPTCHA solving is performed by independent third-party providers

You agree NOT to use the Service for any of the following purposes:

• Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Unauthorized access to computer systems, networks, or data
• Fraud, identity theft, or financial crimes
• Distribution of malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Spamming, phishing, or social engineering attacks
• Harassment, defamation, or invasion of privacy
• Circumvention of security measures for malicious purposes
• Activities that harm minors or vulnerable individuals
• Violation of intellectual property rights
• Any activity that could subject AnySolver to liability or damage our reputation
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your account without refund, and we may report violations to relevant authorities.

7.1. Prepaid System

AnySolver operates on a prepaid balance system. You must maintain a positive balance to use the Service. Costs are estimated and deducted when tasks are created, then reconciled upon completion. Failed tasks are automatically refunded.

7.2. Pricing

Prices are determined by third-party providers and may vary based on task type, provider, and routing strategy. We reserve the right to adjust our service fees at any time. Current pricing is available on our website.

7.3. Refunds

Unused account balances are generally non-refundable. Refunds for failed tasks are processed automatically. For other refund requests, please contact our support team. We reserve the right to deny refund requests at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected abuse or Terms violations.

7.4. Payment Methods

Available payment methods are displayed on the billing page. We reserve the right to refuse or reverse any payment suspected of being fraudulent or unauthorized.

8.1. Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to the website, API, documentation, logos, trademarks, and proprietary technology, are owned by AnySolver or our licensors.

8.2. Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service as intended. Additionally, you may use AnySolver's name, logo, and branding materials for the following purposes without prior written consent:

• Advertising your integration with AnySolver
• Mentioning AnySolver in press releases, blog posts, or marketing materials
• Displaying AnySolver as a partner or service provider on your website
• Creating tutorials, reviews, or educational content about the Service

8.3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Claim ownership of AnySolver's intellectual property or present it as your own
• Register or attempt to register any AnySolver trademarks, logos, or similar marks
• Modify, distort, or alter the AnySolver logo or branding in a way that misrepresents the brand
• Use AnySolver branding in a manner that implies false endorsement or affiliation
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Copy or redistribute the Service's source code or proprietary technology

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9.1. Data We Process

AnySolver processes account information, billing data, and API usage logs. We do NOT store or have access to the actual content of CAPTCHA challenges or solutions beyond what is necessary for routing.

9.2. Data Retention

Task solutions and detailed error descriptions are automatically removed after approximately 24 hours. Account and billing information is retained as required for operational and legal purposes.

10.1. AI Documentation Assistant

AnySolver provides an AI-powered documentation assistant to help users find information about our Service, task types, providers, and API usage. This assistant is provided as a convenience feature.

10.2. No Data Storage

Conversations with the AI assistant are NOT stored, logged, or retained by AnySolver. Your queries and the AI's responses are processed in real-time and are not saved to any database or used for training purposes.

10.3. Limitation of Liability

AnySolver is not responsible for any decisions made, actions taken, or code implemented based on information provided by the AI assistant. You assume full responsibility for verifying the accuracy of AI-generated content before using it.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

AnySolver does not warrant that:

• The Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations
• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Results obtained through the Service will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected
• Third-party providers will perform as expected or maintain service availability

You acknowledge that third-party providers are independent entities and that their performance, availability, and compliance are beyond our control. We disclaim all responsibility for the acts or omissions of third-party providers.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANYSOLVER AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Business interruption or loss of business opportunity
• Cost of substitute services
• Damages arising from third-party actions or services
• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN DAMAGES. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AnySolver, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Any content or data you submit through the Service
• Any claims by third parties related to your use of the Service

We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, at your expense. You agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims.

13.1. Termination by User

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any unused balance unless otherwise required by law.

13.2. Termination by AnySolver

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Non-payment or payment disputes
• Request by law enforcement or government authorities
• Extended periods of inactivity (12 months or more)
• Discontinuation of the Service

13.3. Effects of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. We may permanently delete your account data. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

We may also update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates on this page. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

AnySolver shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Acts of God, natural disasters, or severe weather
• War, terrorism, riots, or civil unrest
• Government actions, embargoes, or sanctions
• Labor disputes or strikes
• Power outages or utility failures
• Internet or telecommunications failures
• Cyberattacks, hacking, or security breaches by third parties
• Actions or failures of third-party providers
• Epidemics, pandemics, or public health emergencies

16.1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AnySolver is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16.2. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

16.3. Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in class actions against AnySolver.

17.1. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and AnySolver regarding the Service.

17.2. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17.3. Waiver

The failure of AnySolver to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

17.4. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.

17.5. Headings

Section headings are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
